The Team

Apostolos An. Tassis was born in Preveza in 1969. He is a graduate of the School of Law of the Democritus University of Thrace (June 1991) and holds the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge. Since 1993, he has been practicing law at the Court of First Instance in Preveza. He also serves as the Head of Legal Services for the Municipality of Preveza, under a standing legal mandate.

Sofia Patsi is an Attorney at the Supreme Court of Greece (Areios Pagos). She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2001). From 1996 to 2002, she served as a trainee attorney at the Private Clients Department of the Commercial Bank of Greece (Headquarters), focusing on litigation and real estate securities (Payment Orders, Loan Liens, Title Audits, etc.). Since 2004, she has been practicing law and maintains her own law firm in Preveza. She holds the Cambridge First Certificate in English, the Mittelstufe (German), and the Cambridge Certificate in IT Skills.

Ourania Siarkou is an Attorney-at-Law, a certified e-EFKA lawyer for pension awards and an Accredited Mediator based in Preveza. She holds a Law Degree from the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Graduated with Honors). She pursued her postgraduate studies in Germany at the Ruprecht-Karls University of Heidelberg, where she obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M. / Magister Legum) in Labor Law, following intensive courses in German legal terminology at the same institution. She is also an Accredited Mediator, certified by the Toolkit Company and the Piraeus Mediation Center (KE.DI.P). Her professional career began as a trainee at the Thessaloniki Bar Association. Since 2010, she has been practicing law in Preveza in permanent partnership with Attorney Apostolos An. Tassis. As part of her academic research at Heidelberg University, she has authored specialized scientific papers on Civil, Labor, and Commercial Law, focusing on liability in industrial action and labor relations during business transfers. She is proficient in English (Proficiency/C2) and German (DSH-3/Excellence) and holds formal certification in IT skills (ECDL).

Ioanna Papanika is an Attorney at the Supreme Court of Greece (Areios Pagos). She is a graduate of the School of Law of the Democritus University of Thrace and holds a Master’s Degree from the School of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in "Cadastre: Legal, Technical, and Environmental Dimensions" (Graduated with Honors). Since 2012, she has been practicing law and maintains her own law office in Preveza. From 2019 to 2025, she served as the Head Legal Officer at the Preveza Cadastral Office, within the framework of the project for the inclusion of the Preveza Prefecture in the National Cadastre. She is proficient in English (Proficiency), French (Delf 1), and Spanish (B2), and holds a Vellum Diploma in IT skills.
